🟣🔥 SOLANA (SOL): WHAT COULD DRIVE A NEW ATH?

The $SOL is nearing US$115.55, accumulating about 18.9% over 7 days. After the recent surge, the token is undergoing a slight correction, while the ecosystem continues to advance in payments, RWAs, stablecoins, and institutional infrastructure.

One of the main catalysts is Alpenglow, an update that is in public testing and aims to reduce transaction finality from about 13 seconds to around 150 milliseconds. The update could strengthen Solana for payments, exchanges, and applications that require fast settlement.

Another point is the growth of real-world assets (RWAs). In August, the value of RWAs on the network surpassed US$4 billion, while the ecosystem also saw expansion in stablecoins and tokenized equities.

The payments area also gained momentum. Western Union launched its USDPT stablecoin on Solana, while MoneyGram expanded an infrastructure that connects applications on the network to nearly 500 thousand points of sale in more than 170 countries.

In addition, institutional interest remains relevant. Solana already has regulated exposure products for SOL, while projects like Harmonia connect financial institutions and tokenized funds to the ecosystem.

📌 WHAT CAN MAINTAIN INTEREST?

The combination of Alpenglow + RWAs + stablecoins + payments + tokenization + institutional interest creates different growth fronts for Solana.

⚠️ POINT TO WATCH: after the strong recent rally, SOL faces resistance in the US$119–120 area. According to a recent analysis, US$114.67 is a short-term support zone; below it, the market may seek lower levels.

📌 IN SHORT: the network’s technological evolution, the growth of RWAs and stablecoins, and expansion into payments and institutional markets are the main catalysts that could increase the relevance of the Solana ecosystem.
