This isn’t healthy market rhythm.
I’ve seen this storyline too many times: a deeply oversold coin suddenly spikes up, social media starts spamming “FJB,” and the group chat keeps shouting “This time is different,” then it goes sideways for two days and begins distributing. ENA has dropped 87% from its high—this oversold drawdown is indeed brutal, and the “catching the dip” rationale can make sense. But the problem is—
Oversold doesn’t mean it’s about to rise immediately, and it doesn’t mean it can directly V-shaped reverse.
From a business standpoint, I don’t think Synthetix’s fundamentals changed anything fundamentally within those 7 days. The move is driven by sentiment and narrative, not business data. So this kind of rally will have to be paid back sooner or later.
My mindset right now is: watch the show, don’t touch my hands. It’s not that I’m bearish on ENA—this position is just tricky, with no clear good moves in either direction. To the upside, it needs to break through the resistance at 0.225296; to the downside, there’s support at 0.195716. The range in between is exactly where it keeps grinding you back and forth.
