Today, September 23, 2026, the market gave us a harsh lesson.

What happened?

The whole market got hit -3% in a few minutes:

- ETH: from $2,789, the daily high immediately dropped to $2,635.39 and fell by -2.89%; now at $2,672

- BTC: from $87,278 it fell to $83,500 and lost -2.27%; now at $84,254

- More than $600 million worth of Long positions were liquidated in the last 24 hours—just today alone. 5c95f722

Why did we get shaken? 3 main reasons:

1. US interest rates are skyrocketing: yields on US 10-year bonds reached 5.06%, the highest level in 20 years. The Nasdaq is down -1.15%. This is putting pressure on all risk assets, including crypto.

2. Fear of the Bank of Japan: rumors about rate hikes in Japan scare the whales. In the last 3 times the Bank of Japan raised rates, BTC dropped by more than 30%.

3. Market oversaturated with Longs: the RSI was at 28, meaning the market was extremely oversold and everyone was going Long. When the drop started, liquidations followed each other like dominoes.

Technical analysis - where are we headed now?

On the 15-minute timeframe that I’m following today:

- ETH strongly defended $2,635 and bounced back. Now it’s trading above MA(7) at $2,674 and MA(25) at $2,668 — this is the first sign that the sellers are exhausted.

- The next resistance is $2,710, then MA(99) at $2,726. If we manage to close above $2,680 with a strong candle, the way is open to $2,710.

- BTC needs to break above $84,500 to confirm the rebound; otherwise we’ll likely see $83,000 again.

What should you do? It’s not time to panic!

This correction is healthy, not a collapse. The market was up for 5 straight days (+5.18% in ETH) and it needs to cool off. 5c95

1. Don’t sell at the bottom: the one who sold at $2,635 is the one who lost; the whales are doing the same.

2. Wait for confirmation: don’t enter unless ETH holds above $2,680 and BTC above $84,500.

3. Risk management: only entered 1–2% of your capital, and your stop-loss is below $2,660.

Today I entered at $2,680 with a target of $2,710 and a stop-loss at $2,655 — a calculated loss of 0.74% and a profit of 1.11%, with a 1:1.5 risk-reward ratio.

Conclusion: the market is bearish, and smart money is gathering underneath. Whoever has patience will profit from the upcoming rebound.

Are you with me in this rebound, or are you still waiting?
