‎4️⃣ Who controls the register and custody?
‎5️⃣ Where does the cash flow come from?
‎6️⃣ Who receives the economic benefit?
‎7️⃣ What happens to the token if the platform stops operating?

‎Separately verify the documents.

‎A token can be a digital representation of a right.

‎Or it may be only a digital entry that creates the illusion of a right.

‎For DVA, the difference is fundamental:

‎Asset -> right -> cash flow -> owner.
