For the past one or two months, I’ve been immersed in all kinds of live-streaming rooms, watching how their viewership went from thriving to being slashed in half, and then slashed again. The growth in followers or the promotional/distribution track certainly has its limitations, but for Binance to develop and accommodate the massive influx of new users, there needs to be people to serve them. Relying solely on Binance’s official customer support is definitely not possible. Those live-streaming rooms, at the very least, can serve as a way to capture and convert new customers. I think we shouldn’t take a one-size-fits-all approach and simply deny their value—otherwise there will be no traffic at all. There should be more dimensions and more possibilities. If they’re promoting Binance, then let that be one aspect—but that shouldn’t mean there’s no room for them. They should still be allowed to exist.
