Don’t you ever feel confused when the crypto market is going sideways or getting more and more sluggish? Keeping up trading nonstop feels exhausting, and the risk is also fairly high if you misread the chart patterns. But if you just leave it sitting in your wallet, it feels a bit like a loss because our assets don’t grow at all. So, starting from this frustration, I tried to find a feature that could keep my coin assets “breeding” without having to constantly worry about watching the screen 24/7. In the end, I found one feature that I think is truly worth calling a hidden gem: Binance Earn.
At first, I was hesitant and thought features like this would be complicated or that the interest would be tiny. But after trying it myself, it turns out the process is simple and really suits laid-back investors who still want to keep earning passive income. For those of you who haven’t tried it yet, come check out my experience and the quick guide below!
What Is Binance Earn?
In short, Binance Earn is like a savings account or a conventional bank deposit, but in crypto assets. Instead of letting your USDT, BUSD, BNB, or your favorite coins sit idle in your Spot Wallet, you can put those assets into Binance Earn products. After that, you’ll receive interest or Binance Earn rewards periodically.
This feature has several types of products, but the one that’s best for beginners is Simple Earn. In the Simple Earn feature, there are two main options:
1. Flexible Products: Your balance isn’t locked. You can withdraw your assets anytime if you suddenly need capital for spot trading.
2. Locked Products: Your assets will be locked for a certain period (e.g., 30, 60, or 90 days). Usually, this option offers a higher return percentage (APR) than the flexible one.
Binance Earn Tutorial & How to Get Started
If you want to try it right away, don’t worry about getting confused. Using Binance Earn is actually very simple. Here’s a step-by-step Binance Earn tutorial you can follow from the phone app:
1. Open the Binance App: Make sure your account is verified (KYC) and you have a small amount of crypto balance in your spot wallet (e.g., USDT, BNB, or other coins).
2. Choose the Earn Menu: On the main page (Home), find and click the Earn icon.
3. Choose Simple Earn Products: Go to the Simple Earn category. There you’ll find a list of supported coins along with their estimated annual interest (APR).
4. Choose Coin & Duration: Find the coin you have. You can choose the Flexible type if you want flexibility, or Locked if you want maximum returns.
5. Enter Amount & Confirm: Enter how many coins you want to save, read the terms, tick the agreement, then click Confirm.
After you complete this step, your assets will automatically start processing returns!
An Automatic Feature That Makes Things Even More Practical
One of the hidden gem features in Simple Earn that not many people take full advantage of is the Auto-Subscribe button. So if you enable this feature, the remaining idle coin balance in your spot wallet every day will automatically be added to the flexible earn product automatically. That means no more wasted capital just because you forgot to click save!
Tips for Choosing the Right Product
To make the results optimal, adjust the product you choose to match your investment style:
If you’re an active trader who often buys/sells suddenly, choose the Flexible product.
If you’re a long-term HODL investor who doesn’t plan to sell coins anytime soon, the Locked product is the best option to grow your coin stash.
In conclusion, letting crypto just sit idle in your wallet is such a waste. With the Binance Earn feature, we can build passive income in a relatively easy way and tailor it to our needs.
