Deep Tidal TechFlow news. On September 23, according to the FATF website, the FATF released Turkey’s 2026 mutual evaluation report on September 23. The report shows that Turkey has made progress in the use of financial intelligence and international cooperation, but still has clear shortcomings in money-laundering investigations related to high-risk predicate offences (such as drug smuggling and illegal gambling), the pursuit of overseas assets, and suspicious transaction reporting, among other areas. Turkey received "partially compliant" ratings for two items—targeted financial sanctions related to proliferation financing (R.7) and regulation of non-profit organizations (R.8). It was ultimately added to the enhanced follow-up list, and must complete key remediation within three years and provide regular progress updates.
