Going forward, accounts will be able to send others a “permission-access card” without having to hand over the owner’s private key. Institutional custody and DeFi scenarios will benefit directly. Not sexy, but this is a crucial infrastructure step for XRP’s ecosystem to catch up. Don’t trade it as a good-news pump—ecosystem implementation is the real thing.
