Tonight 20:00 (UTC+8) / 12:00 UTC — Binance Spot will open three bStocks: $AGPUB , $AMCB , and $CYPHB (vs. USDT).

Many people will wonder, “Is it basically the same as buying US stocks directly?” The official answer is very clear: bStocks are tokenized security certificates, not the stocks themselves. They do not let you directly hold shares of listed companies; they also don’t apply to US persons or trading done on behalf of US persons.

Practical window: within one hour after listing, Convert-related conversions have zero trading fees. For these three pairs, maker fees are discounted until 10/1 07:59 (UTC+8) / 9/30 23:59 UTC. You can treat the same as margin, but currently you can’t borrow, and it’s limited to VIP 3+ and allowed regions.

This adds another trading entry point—it doesn’t automatically make you a shareholder. First, check whether your region is supported.
