📉 What did I understand after a few liquidations?
Before, I could set a Stop Loss, see that the price had moved a bit against me, and think:
“Yeah, it’ll reverse now” 😂
Spoiler: sometimes it doesn’t reverse.
After a few lessons like that, I decided for myself: Stop Loss is a sacred rule. 🛑
It’s better to take a small loss and stay in the game than to sit through a loss hoping for a miracle.
Now, before entering, I think not only about how much I can make, but also about how much I’m willing to lose.
Because liquidation teaches risk management very fast 😂📉
