BCH is now at 338.9u. Yesterday, one line shot directly from 270 to 349—up nearly 30% in a single day. The first half of the month before that had just been grinding in the 220–270 range; nothing this aggressive has happened.
The exchange in Chicago announced that on October 19 it will list BCH futures. Both standard contracts and mini contracts are included. This is real, hard institutional signal—not something pushed by mere hype.
On September 11, Grayscale also quietly filed materials, aiming to convert the BCH trust into a fund that could be listed on the NYSE. The two pieces of news came together back-to-back.
Spot volume has also increased significantly—it's not just “fake heat” built purely from leverage and contracts.
At the end of 2017, it once touched 3785. At this position, it’s nowhere near even the integer part of that. Don’t cite new highs as an argument.
If it drops back below 270, this rally is basically just wasted effort. If it holds and pushes up to the line at 349, then we’ll see—if it’s up nearly 30% in a day, a pullback isn’t strange.
