Solana decentralized exchange protocol Raydium said it will invest its initial $1 million treasury funds into USDv and support USDv trading pairs across its market and Launchpad ecosystem. According to ChainCatcher, Solomon chose Raydium as the primary venue for USDv liquidity and will deploy core USDv liquidity on the platform.
USDv is Solomon's fully reserved stablecoin on Solana, backed by short-term U.S. Treasury exposure. The partnership is intended to let Raydium use Solomon's platform to direct related yield to liquidity providers, trader rewards, and incentives for new markets. User participation in rewards requires a one-time opt-in and does not involve staking, wrapping, or locking, with the arrangement set to move forward alongside USDv's launch on September 23.
