đ¨ After the chip boom⌠where will incoming AI money go?
Everyone is watching $NVDA and the chip stocks, but the bigger question for me right now isnât: will AI continue?
Itâs: what will AI need in order to expand even more?
The current numbers are still strong. Nvidia expects revenue to grow by about 70% in its next fiscal year, with continued demand growth for AI computing. At the same time, the EIA expects electricity consumption in the United States to reach record levels in 2026 and 2027, driven by power-intensive data centers contributing to this growth.
This is where the phase Iâm watching begins đ:
⥠Energy: More data centers means greater electricity demand and a need for reliable power sources.
đ Infrastructure: Networks, switches, power distribution systems, and even data centers themselves could become the bottleneck.
âď¸ Cooling: The higher the computing density, the more important heat management becomes. Infrastructure firms are already benefiting from this trend.
âď¸ AI Cloud: Demand isnât limited to chip companies; specialized cloud computing firms are also seeing major expansion, even though some of these companies still record huge losses
Which sector are you watching for the next phase? đ
