According to Wallstreetcn, KB Homes reported third-quarter housing deliveries of 2,732 units, above analysts' estimate of 2,723, and third-quarter revenue of $1.3 billion, in line with analysts' estimate of $1.3 billion. The company kept its full-year delivery outlook unchanged at 10,500-11,000 units, versus analysts' estimate of 10,751, and said full-year housing revenue is expected to be $4.9 billion-$5.1 billion, compared with its prior forecast of $4.9 billion-$5.3 billion. KB Homes also expects fourth-quarter deliveries of 3,000-3,500 units, versus analysts' estimate of 3,262.
