The administration also suspended the eligibility of some insurance brokers selling Affordable Care Act coverage, accusing them of partial responsibility for fraud. The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services said on Tuesday that more than 760,000 people had been removed from the plan by the end of August, and officials will conduct additional verification on about 419,000 people.
