Brazilian President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva used a speech at the United Nations to warn foreign countries to stay out of October’s presidential election, in what Bloomberg reported was a thinly veiled message to US President Donald Trump.
The remarks came as Trump loomed over the vote.
