Wu Shuo learned that Chainlink announced that it has reached a strategic partnership with Infosys, an Indian IT services company (NYSE: INFY), to jointly advance the tokenization of institutional financial business. Infosys will work to adopt Chainlink’s cross-chain interoperability protocol (CCIP), its run-time environment (CRE), an automated compliance engine (ACE), proof of reserves, and two data services. Chainlink said that the global banks and payment infrastructure supported by Infosys involve more than 1.7 billion customer accounts. Through this partnership, both parties plan to help traditional financial institutions access on-chain markets.
