AI stocks have seen a strong rise over the recent period, but the question now is: is there still room for further growth, or has the market already priced in most of the positive expectations?

In my view, demand for AI is still in an expansion phase, especially as companies continue to increase spending on data centers, chips, cloud computing, and the infrastructure needed to run AI models.

But higher prices don’t necessarily mean that every AI-related stock has become a buy opportunity. There’s a difference between the strength of the sector and the strength of a specific company’s valuation. So I believe the next phase may depend more on actual revenue and profit growth, not just excitement over the word “AI.”

I’m cautiously optimistic about the AI sector in the long term, but I think risk management and avoiding chasing rapid gains are important.

The real question now is:
Are we at the beginning of a long growth cycle for AI, or does the market need a correction before continuing upward?
