Washington just promised an “AI Force,” an unnamed czar, and a line that AI could be 25% of US GDP.
I am not on either stage.
A force with no bill and no budget is not a position.
A House data-center vote that cleared 417 to 3 is a position. That bill is about building, siting, and keeping the lights on. That is the state backing that can last longer than a Truth Social post.
So the leftover opportunity is not “pick acceleration or safety.”
It is pick the constraint the speech cannot print: interconnects, substations, cooling, memory that is already sold forward.
Sovereign buyers and non-hyperscalers are already a big slice of Nvidia’s data-center book and still growing fast. Governments do not need an AI Force to place a GPU order. They need a rack, a grid hookup, and a memory allocation.
