AI is still one of the biggest stories in the market. Nvidia recently forecast that next year’s revenue could increase by about 70%, continuing to show that demand for AI infrastructure and computing power is still very strong.
But what I’m interested in right now is not only whether AI growth is happening, but rather:
👉 How long can this growth be sustained at the current pace?
AMD has just surpassed the $1 trillion market cap milestone, while AMD shares have surged strongly in 2026, indicating that cash flow is continuing to flow into the chip and AI infrastructure segment.
On the flip side, some AI leaders like Dario Amodei and Sam Altman are calling for the pace of AI development to be more tightly controlled due to safety risks. Meanwhile, Jensen Huang and several other leaders still emphasize continuing investment and development of AI.
