Hyperscale Data (NYSE: GPUS) announced the creation of a new subsidiary called Patriot BTC, which will consolidate its cryptocurrency mining operations as well as the related assets into an independent business.
The company plans to transfer to Patriot BTC all the operating assets used in its bitcoin mining operations, including a data center located in Montana, bitcoin miners, mining equipment, and associated infrastructure. The proposed asset transfer is intended to separate the company’s bitcoin mining operations from its dedicated artificial intelligence data center in Michigan.
