🚨 Does a 13% APR mean you’re earning more than with 8%?
Not necessarily.
Today I was comparing two options from Binance Earn:
🔹 A token: +13% APR
🔹 USDC: +8% APR
The higher number seems obvious… until you remember something:
📉 If the token drops 30% in value, that 13% can be completely overshadowed.
Meanwhile, a stablecoin aims to keep its value close to the dollar.
The right question isn’t:
👉 “Which has the higher APR?”
But:
👉 “What risk am I taking to get that APR?”
Do you prioritize returns or stability?
