$4Stock Let me present to you a notable study: this is not good news for stock-indexed or gift-based tokens. Their endings have not been very good... The same cycle continues.

Let’s list these scams by date: the chronological order and concrete cases of the two-sided liquidity-sucking mechanism by transferring the inflated illusion in the chain/crypto world to the traditional stock market (or vice versa) are as follows.

1. December 2017 – Long Island Iced Tea Corp \rightarrow Long Blockchain Corp, a company on the verge of bankruptcy jumps 280%.

2. January 2018 – Kodak \rightarrow KodakCoin & KODAKOne

3. April 2021 – BIT Mining (Former Name: 500.com)

4. July 2022 – Helbiz Inc. \rightarrow WheelCoin (MicroMobility.com)

There is no real share in the custody institution (Custody), nor is the stock exchange company aware of the event (or the puppet management is aware). The moment the liquidity pool is pulled, the token on the chain goes to zero; on the stock market, the news-inflated shares are sold into the market, creating a double bottom.
Now, fine, I’m sure all of these stocks have an equivalent; but how can we be sure about the companies’ financial condition? Therefore, it must be said that project evaluation using these convoluted methods, which are not subject to independent audit firms, relies on unreal data. In my view, the cases established in tax haven city-states are nothing more than fraudulent transactions transferred from one place to another.

$FLORK Here there is only one real value: $BTC any project that promises income indexed to it is supported. The only publicly traded company whose existence cannot be destroyed... If the FLORK team distributed this ecosystem tax to holders as BTC dividends and included part of it in the liquidity pool, I think it would become a more reliable investment. By the way, that tax should be lowered now; it’s too high. Why should we choose you when we can buy BTC and profit? The question is actually simple: even if it has a cultural aspect, FLORK, all our concerns are economic... 🤣
