I need advice from experienced traders in the Spot market

I currently hold several coins in my spot wallet, and unfortunately I’ve suffered significant losses. I feel a bit confused about the right move at this stage, and I don’t want to make an emotional or rushed decision.

🔹 How can I evaluate which of these positions still has reasonable investment rationale?
🔹 What are the best ways to manage risk and avoid increasing losses?
🔹 How can I think rationally about recouping losses without taking additional unnecessary risk?

I’m not looking for guaranteed predictions or trading signals. I just want to benefit from traders’ experience to learn how to assess my current situation objectively and make a more mindful decision.
