Looking at today’s market from this morning’s performance, A-shares had an early surge that then pulled back. The same goes for the technology sector—and for UST as well: it also surged early and then pulled back. Here, I still want to remind my brothers not to rush into shorting UST. If you can clearly see a trend of UST rising together with the broader market in the morning, it means there is money preparing a move. As for the subsequent pullback, and with the trading volume staying active all along, it suggests that some of the capital has chosen to retreat.
To summarize a few points: if you haven’t entered yet, don’t be in a hurry. The best opportunity is to wait until UST has accelerated upward for a wave, and then short it when the timing is right!!!
