🚚 NVIDIA + Einride: autonomous freight trucks on AI
Einride announced a partnership with NVIDIA to develop autonomous heavy-duty trucks based on NVIDIA DRIVE Hyperion.
The project plans to use:
🤖 NVIDIA Blackwell — for training AI models
🧠 NVIDIA Cosmos — for creating and processing autonomous driving scenarios
🚛 DRIVE Hyperion + NVIDIA Halos — for autonomy and safety systems
Einride currently has hundreds of electric trucks and plans to expand the fleet to 1,500–2,000 vehicles by 2028, depending on demand.
📈 Can this lift NVDA?
From NVIDIA’s perspective, this is a positive development in terms of expanding the use of its AI technologies, but on its own it is unlikely to become a cause of a major stock surge. The financial scale of this project has not been disclosed yet.
For NVDA, the more important factors in the coming days remain the overall Nasdaq trend, the AI sector, and news related to the US–China relationship.
Technically, after yesterday’s NVDA move, it’s worth watching $228–230 on the upside and $222–223 on the downside. A breakout of either zone could provide the next momentum.
