$ETH is trading around $2,731.11, up 2.52% in 24 hours and effectively unchanged from my previous update at $2,734.56.
The 15-minute chart has shifted from expansion into consolidation. ETH extended the rally from roughly $2,650 to a session high near $2,795 before rejecting below the psychological $2,800 area and settling around $2,725–$2,750.
For me, $2,700 remains the key level. Holding above it would keep the broader recovery from $2,397 intact and leave $2,795–$2,820 as the next resistance zone. A decisive loss of $2,700 would weaken the short-term structure and bring the previous $2,640 area back into focus.
Across the full session, ETH moved from $2,397 to $2,731, a gain of roughly 13.9%. The latest 2.3% pullback from $2,795 is relatively shallow, but that alone is not enough to conclude that profit-taking is finished or that another leg higher is guaranteed.
The important change across these updates is structural: $2,700 moved from resistance to the level buyers now need to defend. If that holds, $2,820 remains relevant, followed by the psychological $3,000 area.
ETH has completed a strong seven-day recovery. The next test is no longer whether it can break $2,700, it is whether it can keep it.
