On-chain analyst Specter said an unknown victim's private key may have been leaked, leading to losses of more than $4.3 million across EVM chains, Tron, and the Bitcoin network. According to Foresight News, the attacker has emptied more than 145 Ethereum addresses and remains active, with most of the addresses holding USDC.

The stolen funds were converted into ETH, bridged across chains, and combined with stolen Bitcoin from at least five addresses. The total amount stolen may continue to rise.
