Grass said its foundation-owned subsidiary, Grass DataCo Ltd., provides data infrastructure to AI labs training frontier models and that customer contract revenue flows directly to Grass DataCo Ltd. rather than Wynd Labs. According to ChainCatcher, the company also released an independent revenue verification completed by Regen Financial, covering through the second quarter of 2026.

The verification reviewed 100% of work orders across two periods and traced them to cash receipts. For March 14, 2025, to December 31, 2025, reported revenue was about $17.59 million and verified cash receipts were about $16.24 million. For January 1, 2026, to June 30, 2026, reported revenue was about $14.53 million and verified cash receipts were about $11.35 million.

Combined reported revenue for the two periods was about $32.11 million, with verified cash receipts of about $27.59 million. The remaining about $4.52 million was described as amounts not independently confirmed by cash receipts as of the procedure date, largely due to long-term contract delivery and a payment cycle of about 60 days. The document said the work was a due diligence procedure, not an audit or assurance engagement.

Grass said it reinvests most of its revenue into the business and that early purchases of compute and storage in 2025 reduced average monthly network operating expenses by more than $2.5 million. The project said it will continue building a token-centered ecosystem and treat financial transparency as part of building trust with network participants and token holders.
