๐Ÿšจ BTC $81.3K BUT CONGRESS FAILED

Political Bombshell Today โ€” Sep 20:

๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ CLARITY Act FAILED Senate 49-50 (need 60). No crypto law in 2026. House already left till Nov 3 midterms. Next chance? 2027.

Why it failed?
- Democrats: Trump's $1.4B crypto income ethics issue
- DeFi liability fight
- Stablecoin yield: Coinbase could lose $1.35B/year

BLAME GAME STARTED TODAY:
WSJ reports Armstrong vetoed parts, Ripple CEO said "we shot ourselves in the foot". 13 DC trips wasted.

BUT BTC STILL PUMPS โ€” WHY?

โœ… Saylor: "Better off without bad law" โ€” law makes restriction permanent. Called fail a "positive inflection point"

โœ… SEC Chair Atkins: Taking over anyway โ€” approved 5-year tokenization rule Thursday (tokenized US stocks) = BTC short squeeze to $81.3K

My Take:
Congress failed = short-term volatility (regulation stalled). SEC takeover = medium-term bullish (market can operate).

$83K is the line. Break = $86K (short squeeze). Reject = $76K retest.

Congress can't agree, but Bitcoin doesn't wait for Congress.

Bullish or Bearish? Is SEC rule enough without law? ๐Ÿ‘‡
