Robinhood’s blockchain network had accumulated $146 million in negotiable tokenized stock by September 21, just a few days before the expiration of its no-transaction-fee promotion on September 29. The network has offered subsidized Gas fees since its launch on July 1; the key question is whether on-chain activity will continue once users have to pay transaction costs directly.
Robinhood and BNB Chain together accounted for 88.2% of tokenized stock trading on decentralized exchange platforms in early September, down from 2.3% in June. BNB Chain holds a larger absolute balance, with about $1 billion in tokenized stocks. Over the 30 days ending September 18, BNB Chain recorded $181 million in outflows, while Robinhood recorded $156 million in inflows. Robinhood’s crypto-related revenue fell 38% year over year to $100 million in Q2 2026.
