Velocity, the perpetual DEX contract, has removed the whitelist limit and opened the Beta version to all users. The platform supports using wBTC, wETH, SOL, and USDT as collateral within the same account.

Some contracts on Velocity allow leverage of up to 20x. Trades are settled on-chain using USDT.
