LayerZero said Anchorage Digital has selected it as the interoperability partner for its stablecoin issuance, providing omnichain cross-chain support for stablecoins issued through Anchorage Digital Bank, N.A. According to Foresight News, the institutional stablecoins on Anchorage's issuance platform will use LayerZero's OFT standard for transfers across multiple chains, including Ethereum, EVM-compatible networks, and Solana. Tether USAT will be the bank's first stablecoin to connect to LayerZero interoperability through the OFT standard.
