One catalyst. The FTX 2.0 bid deadline is September 24. Three days away.

The Trigger

FTX CEO John Ray confirmed the company has begun soliciting interested parties to reboot FTX.com. More than 75 bidders have been contacted since May 2023. Blockchain lending firm Figure is one of the interested parties. Current creditors could receive equity in the restructured exchange as part of their compensation. The entire rally is speculation on that three-day window.

The Fundamental Void

FTT has zero utility since FTX collapsed. The unlock schedule ended in 2022. All tokens are unlocked. Circulating supply is 133.6M out of 350M total. The remaining supply is already unlocked and sitting with FTX and Alameda. Those entities hold 76% of the total supply. They have not sold through a 5.5 dollar peak over two months. That is the whale game — using the reboot narrative to move a token with no intrinsic value.

The Volume Anomaly

Volume exploded 2,187% to $26.6M. Spot net inflow hit $618.93K — the largest positive reading in months. But price moved slower than volume. That divergence is the tell. Speculative capital flooded in, but the bid thinned at higher prices. The funding rate is 0.0. Leverage never entered. This is pure spot rotation, not a structural position.

Key Levels

Resistance: $0.3462 (24h high) → $0.40 → $0.45
Support: $0.2829 (MA7) → $0.2324 (first support) → $0.219 (MA30) → $0.204 (4h SAR)

The $0.2324 level is the watershed. Hold it, and the range stays intact. Lose it, and $0.204 comes into play.

The Trade

Do not chase. The 30% candle is already printed. Long entry on retest $0.2324-$0.2400. Stop-loss $0.204. Targets $0.3462 → $0.40 → $0.45. Invalidation if a 1H candle closes below $0.2324.

RSI hit 80.11 on the daily — extreme overbought. Mean reversion is statistically probable before any continuation. The September 24 deadline is the binary event. If a credible bidder emerges, the squeeze continues. If the deadline passes quietly, the bid evaporates and $0.204 gets tested.
