BlockBeats news, September 21 - A person familiar with the matter revealed that even before OpenAI's technology triggered a series of cybersecurity incidents and industry insiders issued stern warnings, the company had already been negotiating a legally binding agreement with Anthropic for both parties to conduct stress tests on each other's AI models. It is currently unclear whether they have finalized an agreement. This idea of mutual testing is similar to one proposed by SpaceX CEO Elon Musk last week at the All-In Summit. Musk suggested at the time that competing AI labs should test each other's models for security vulnerabilities in a peer-review format before commercially releasing them. (The Information)
