The Philadelphia Semiconductor Index rose more than 2% to its highest level in over a month, while Arm, AMD, Micron Technology, and Qualcomm shares all moved up together.

Stocks rose more than 8% for ARM, more than 7% for AMD, nearly 5% for Micron Technology, and nearly 2% for Qualcomm during the trading session.
