On the day the CLARITY bill was rejected, Bitcoin ETFs saw a net outflow of $450 million in a single day.

On September 15, the Senate voted down the bill 49–50. That day, outflows hit the highest level since June; Fidelity alone redeemed $218 million.

Today, however, spot has instead tapped 84,000. The ETFs are being sold, while spot is being bought—two sides have different views.
