Binance will list the ARB/U and ENA/USD1 spot trading pairs and enable trading bot services for them on September 22, 2026 at 16:00 (UTC+8), providing users with more spot trading options and improving the trading experience!
In addition, Binance will open trading bot services for the following trading pairs on September 22, 2026 at 16:00 (UTC+8):
Spot algorithmic orders: ARB/U and ENA/USD1
Spot Grid, Spot DCA (Dollar-Cost Averaging): NVDAB/USDT and QQQB/USDT
U spot and leveraged trading pair fee promotion:
Binance will launch a fee discount promotion for U spot and leveraged trading pairs for eligible users starting from the following time:

Note:
Standard trading fees will be charged to regular users and VIP 1 users when trading the ARB/U spot and leveraged trading pairs. The trading volume of the above spot trading pairs will be included in the VIP-tier trading volume for regular users and VIP 1 users;

During the promotion period, the trading volume of VIP 2-9 users and spot market makers for ARB/U spot and leveraged trading pairs will not be counted in (i) the trading volume calculation for VIP tier fee rates and (ii) the statistics for all liquidity maker programs (if applicable);
During the promotion period, VIP 2-9 users and spot market makers trading ARB/U spot and leveraged trading pairs will not participate in BNB fee discounts, fee rebate commissions, and any other forms of fee adjustments or fee incentives (if applicable);
Standard fees will be charged after the promotion ends. For details, please refer to the VIP tier fee rates;
bStocks tokenized securities are offered, sold, distributed, provided, or made available for use only outside the United States and may not be offered, sold, distributed, provided, or made available for use by or for the account or benefit of U.S. persons. bStocks have not been registered under the U.S. Securities Act of 1933 or any applicable U.S. state securities laws, and there will be no public offering of bStocks in the United States or in any other jurisdiction (other than the ADGM)；
The country or region where you reside will affect your trading permissions for the new trading pairs mentioned above. Please note that the list of restricted countries provided below may be updated due to mandatory changes in applicable laws and regulations, or other changes related to these trading pairs. Users must complete account verification to participate in trading for these new trading pairs;
Please note that this list may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in laws, regulations, or other factors.
At present, users residing in the following countries or regions cannot trade the above spot trading pairs: Canada, Cuba, the Crimean region, Iran, the Netherlands, North Korea, Syria, the United States and any of its territories (American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico, the Northern Mariana Islands, U.S. Virgin Islands) and any non-government-controlled areas in Ukraine.
