Prices are capped at the high end and won’t turn back. In the past four hours, there have been six consecutive K-lines with a net gain of nearly three points. At this point, the funding rate is actually pushed down into negative territory—shorts are essentially paying to prop up the show, while open interest over nearly seven hours is still being increased. It’s like getting hit while doubling down. I’ve seen this kind of divergence structure far too many times—the end result is always the shorts being crushed in a counterattack. The chart shows absolutely no signs of loosening.
