Wedbush analyst Dan Ives said a Tesla-SpaceX merger has better-than-80% odds within the next year and a half, and argued the combined company could become the world’s largest by market value. According to BeInCrypto, Ives said Tesla (TSLA) and SpaceX (SPCX) are converging on shared technology and data infrastructure, while also tying the deal to his “physical AI” thesis and the U.S.-China chip gap. He did not say how a merger would be structured or when shareholders might vote.
