The sharp rise from last night has been largely retraced. According to Binance’s public data at 11:46 (UTC+8), the spot price of $CELR is 0.003406, down 22.94% over the past 24 hours; the perpetual contract is 0.003344, down 23.71%, with perpetual trading volume of about 267 million USDT.

However, the latest complete 1-hour period has not continued to sell off in one direction: the perpetual contract rebounded from 0.003185 to 0.003399, up 6.72%, and the OI quantity simultaneously increased by 4.34%; over roughly 30 hours, OI has increased by 65.15%. The spot price also rose within the same hour by 8.07%, and trading volume increased by 42.18% quarter-on-quarter. With the price rebounding and positioning expanding, it suggests that low-level consolidation has warmed up again, but OI cannot indicate whether the newly added positions are long or short.

⚠️ The Funding indication value for the next round has fallen to -0.4762%. The most recent actual settlement was -0.1824%, meaning short costs and potential buyback pressure are both increasing. At the same time, the current price is still below the latest complete hour close of 0.003399, so the rebound has not yet formed stable follow-through.

Only if it regains 0.003457 and spot trading volume continues to expand can you look for the rebound to continue. If it breaks below 0.003169 and OI declines alongside it, it is more likely to resemble a new round of deleveraging.
