According to CryptoSlate, Charles Hoskinson said that in the future, Input Output will choose networks for its various products based on technical and commercial fit, and will no longer adopt a policy of defaultly prioritizing Cardano. Previously, a Cardano governance representative did not approve a treasury proposal submitted by Pogun to withdraw 12.29 million ADA. Votes for and against accounted for 35.67% and 64.33%, respectively. Pogun is a Bitcoin decentralized finance credit and liquidity product supported by Input Output. The proposal would return a 20% return to Cardano’s treasury before repaying the initial funds, and then permanently return 5% of the returns to Cardano-related products. Hoskinson said that Pogun still plans to be deployed on Cardano by mid-December, but it will not be deployed exclusively by him. Traffic may be directed to other networks, and other ecosystems may obtain exclusive deployment rights by offering support.
