🚨 Hey everyone, I found an important reason for the red envelope problem 🧧🔴
If you enter the live streams and try to take the red envelope, and you get a message:
“Your account is not eligible to claim this red envelope at the moment according to the event conditions.”
Don’t rush and say my account is banned ❌
🔍 The reason we noticed:
Some people received coins from the red envelopes as free rewards, and then used those coins to buy a coin that is listed under the Monitoring Tag / under monitoring, like $LSK .
The same thing happens if you withdrew a coin like BTC or BNB from ERN, and then exchanged it for a coin under monitoring.
✅ The solution that worked for us:
If you bought a monitoring-coin using the free reward:
🔄 Convert it to BTC
⏳ Wait 24 hours or more
🧧 Then try entering the live stream again and see if you can take the red envelopes.
And if you exchanged a coin you withdrew from ERN into a monitoring coin, return it back to the original coin it was before, and try again.
⚠️ Important: This solution is based on what we observed through testing, and it’s not an official guarantee that every account will get the envelopes back after 24 hours.
