The Middle East went completely crazy over the weekend. Houthi missiles hit Riyadh for the first time; Saudi Aramco storage tanks caught fire. As interceptor missiles were reportedly running low, they even made a rare request for help from Israel. Iran said it would keep the Strait of Hormuz closed, and also warned that the U.S. might launch a new attack.

Trump returned to the White House a day early, saying, "Something major will happen very soon." You can judge it for yourself what it means coming out of his mouth.

So what does $BTC mean? U.S. retailers saw crude oil prices quadruple and then start limiting purchases. Oil price pressure fed directly into inflation. Kashkari is still shouting that inflation is too high, and rate-cut expectations are being suppressed—risk assets were hit first. But on the other side, everyone is bullish on gold, and safe-haven demand is off the charts. Is this $BTC move playing out as "digital gold" or the tech-stock script? We’ll likely know as soon as markets open on Monday.

My own plan is: most of the pits dug by geopolitical conflict are basically emotion-driven. Don’t chase shorts, and don’t rush to buy the bottom with full size. Keep some ammo and wait for the panic selling to flush out. $ETH $SOL is currently just tracking lower—it hasn’t broken out into an independent narrative yet.
