ME News message, September 20 (UTC+8). U.S. President Trump, when speaking about the Iran issue, said that he was “making a decision” and that something very momentous would happen in the near future. The options include completely wiping out Iran, plunging its economy into decline, or reaching an agreement. Trump said, “They’d better come to heel.” Trump also said he “may” be willing to meet with Iran’s President Pezeshkian during the United Nations General Assembly. Pezeshkian is scheduled to travel to New York next week. Despite recent advisories being issued, Trump described this weekend as “no different from any other weekend.” He also said that the United States has been in contact with the Houthis and that they have agreed not to fight the United States.
