The upside continues to expand, yet leverage positions are still backing off. According to Binance public data at 17:37 (UTC+8), $AKE perpetuals are at 0.08917, up 44.50% over the past 24 hours, with trading volume of about 860 million USDT.

In the latest complete 1 hour, the price rose from 0.06586 to 0.07158, up 8.68%; trading volume was about 59.62 million USDT, a 137.72% increase quarter-on-quarter. While price and volume are accelerating, the quantity OI (open interest) declines by 1.38% over one hour, and by about 28.12% over roughly 30 hours. This round of upswing is not accompanied by synchronized leverage expansion.

⚠️ The last two actual Funding rates were -2.00% and -1.4646%; the indicated value for the next period is still around -1.2529%. Short positions’ cost basis is in an extreme range, and continued upside could further amplify the squeeze. However, a deeply negative funding rate alone can’t be used as a justification to chase the rally—OI continuing to shrink also suggests that deleveraging is not over yet.

If a pullback still holds above 0.0742 and trading volume stays elevated, the squeeze structure would have conditions to continue; if it falls back below 0.0716 and OI keeps declining, first guard against a rapid liquidity reversal at the highs. AKE lacks spot cross-validation, so positions should be treated as exposures to a high-volatility asset.
