Binance Wallet launches a Pre-Access event on September 20 (PancakeSwap supported): before shares in a popular private company are listed, users can obtain indirect exposure in a tokenized form—fully on-chain and self-custodied. The first project is about to be announced; the allocation is linked to Alpha points, on-chain bStocks trading volume, and holdings (BlockBeats 9/20).

This is an extension of the SEC’s temporary conditional exemption issued on September 17: tokenized stocks can be traded with limited transactions on TSV, token holders’ rights match those of the underlying native shares (including dividends and voting), issuers can tokenize while retaining veto rights, synthetic products are prohibited. There are also limits such as daily price-up/down caps, tiered trading volume ceilings, and periodic disclosures in USD terms (BlockBeats 9/17). On September 17, Binance announced it will support SPY for distributing dividends via bStocks.

Gold bull Peter Schiff offers a negative interpretation: tokenized stocks have the convenience of Bitcoin, but lack the risk of a decentralized Ponzi scheme collapse. Now BTC has to compete for the same pool of funds with tokenized securities; this news is bearish for BTC (BlockBeats 9/20).

For the time being, the market is on his side. As of 16:08 CST on September 20 (binance.bh spot): BTC 80,408 (-0.93%), range 80,126-81,951, with $1.01 billion in 24-hour trading volume; ETH 2,580 (-1.89%); for this week, U.S. spot BTC ETFs saw net inflows of only $6.1 million, while spot ETH ETFs saw net outflows of $140.6 million (Farside data, BlockBeats 9/20).

Tokenized stocks are also not hot: CRCLB 89.49 (-2.81%), MSTRB 153.32 (-1.53%), $SPCXB 152.53 (-0.21%). Their 24-hour trading volumes are approximately $13.8 million, $9.4 million, and $1.6 million respectively, with limited buy-side support.

Trading plan (personal view):

BTC: If the daily closes below 80,126, then short along with the move, targeting 78,900, with a stop-loss at 81,000. Only if it reclaims 81,951 and the ETF turns into continuous net inflows, then look for 84,000; no chasing in between.

ETH: 2,564 is today’s low. If it breaks down, watch 2,450, with a stop-loss at 2,680; a recovery back to 2,668 counts as a repair.

$SPCXB: Over the past ten trading days, the range has been 142.54-156.86. Daily trading volume is only at the million-dollar level, with high slippage. Wait for Pre-Access’s first project to launch and break out with volume above 156.86 before following; target 165. If it falls below 150.10, exit.
