Wu Shuo learned that Blockaid's monitoring found that Fetch ai's token conversion contract on Ethereum was attacked, involving assets of approximately $2.01 million. Of this, about $1.56 million worth of FET was transferred out from the conversion contract, and the same associated wallet also received about $452,000 worth of newly minted NTX from the NuNet deployer's account. Blockaid stated that the attacker used valid conversion approval signature(s) to call the conversionIn function, obtaining the remaining FET inventory in the converter. As of the time the alert was issued, the attack is still ongoing.
