ZEC surge logic / privacy-coin rotation / regulatory contrast—can hit the trending page; it means market attention is here. But what really matters is the setup: location/level, volume/flow strength, and how price pulls back and finds support.

Once policy and regulatory news hits, the market often trades the idea first, then looks for proof afterward. The headline itself isn’t that important—the real question is whether it changes funding costs, compliance expectations, and the trading entry.

I’d rather wait for a second confirmation: when the relevant asset pulls back, there’s someone to catch it; discussions don’t die out within an hour; and contract open interest doesn’t get distorted.

I might be wrong, so I’m more inclined to verify with a small position and a stop-loss rather than stubbornly holding on to conviction.
