The price returns to the resistance zone. What you really need to look at is not whether it can touch a new high, but whether there is sufficient demand during the uptrend and whether supply will move back in.

The logic here in the original book is very direct:

When demand at the resistance level is insufficient and supply follows back again, that’s the opportunity to short.
